Information on the Collection of Personal Data in Accordance With Articles 13, 14 and 21 of the General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR)

  2. What sources and data do we use?

    We process your personal data that we collect through pre-contractual and contractual measures for the implementation of our business relationship with you.

    Specifically, the following data is processed:

    • Business contact details of the contact persons of our customers and other business partners.
    • If customers and business partners are natural persons, we will also proceed bank details for business relations
  3. For what purposes do we process your data and on what legal basis?

    At the PSG Germany GmbH, only the personal data required for contract fulfillment or for pre-contractual measures will be processed. Therefore, merely your name and business contact details will be processed.

    The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1) Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

    We will also process your personal data for our customer support with your consent or on the basis of our legitimate interests and in consideration of the protection of your personal data.

    The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1) Letters a and f of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  4. Who will receive your data?

    We will not transfer your data to unauthorized third parties.

    However, to the extent required for contract fulfilment with natural persons, data may be provided to

    • Banking companies (transfers)
    • External contractors in accordance with Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  5. Will your data be transmitted to a third country or to an international organization?

    Your data could be transmitted to the US specially our Headquarter Dover Corp.

  6. How long do we save your data?

    Your personal data will be deleted after the expiration of the legally required storage periods which follow from, e.g., the German Civil Code [Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB], the German Commercial Code [Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB] or the German Fiscal Code [Abgabenordnung, AO].

    Data to which these storage periods do not apply will be deleted when their respective purpose ceases to apply.

  7. What other data protection rights do you have?

    You have the right to information about the personal data on you processed by us, the PSG Germany GmbH (Art. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation). Furthermore, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation), erasure (Art. 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation), processing restriction (Art. 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

    You also have the right to submit complaints to the competent data protection supervisory authorities. To exercise this right, please contact the respective state data protection officer.

  8. What objection rights do you have?

    If you consented to the processing of your data (Art. 6(1) Letter a and Art. 9(2) Letter a of the General Data Processing Regulation), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

    Furthermore, under Art. 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

    If you submit an objection to us, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate reasons to continue to process your personal data that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
